Stromboli, with Théo Demans and Clemence Seilles, has created a series of immersive rooms for the FOAM Museum: playful stage-worlds and artificial landscapes which invite one to recline and slow down. At the same time, these immersive rooms also operate as an expansion of Bonajo’s filmic imagery, physically enveloping and transporting the viewer into a frenzy of colours, lights, and materials, opening up the role of a distanced observer.
