Both Demans and Seilles have an independent practice in which art installation, sculpture, wearable jewelry, furniture and touch-inviting materials appear. For Abundance, they’ve created a circuit in which everything is in constant motion. Their scenography (de)centralizes different forms of mobility: shimmer, shine, slippery, shaking, waving, spilling, vibrating, sloping and sliding. Their active commitment to queer life appears not just in colourful design, but also in creating spaces to hide.
